Ian is a realtor I'd very highly recommend to anyone who wants someone they can trust to get the job done while also keeping you comfortable. I enjoyed hearing his advice about the city as he attentively drove us to many apartments I'd expressed interest in. His top knowledge allowed him to also spontaneously think up other buildings I hadn't thought of and take me there. I ended up setting on one of his spontaneous suggestions that he took me to see after our tour was over. I enjoyed him both professionally and also as a person and I plan to use him again whenever I am searching for a new home! Highly recommend.
